System Engineer

Position Description
SRC is seeking a systems engineer in its Aberdeen, Md., office. This position will be supporting SRC’s government customer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Candidate will be working on-site in government space
- Candidate will be involved with planning, designing and integrating in a hardware/software laboratory
- Will perform engineering trade-off analysis on equipment
- Tasks include documenting hardware configurations
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Requires five or more years of systems engineering experience
- Experienced in designing integration systems (computer based)
- Integration of COTS based equipment, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear systems experience preferred
- Familiar with Department of Defense architectural framework/documentation
- Development of interface control documents/standards
Security Requirements
An active Secret security clearance and current investigation are required.
