Electrical Engineer (Entry Level) Job

SRC is seeking an electronic warfare engineer in Dayton, Ohio. The selected candidate will be conducting in-depth engineering research and all-source intelligence analysis of radar and weapons systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Manage and conduct research and engineering analysis for battlefield sensor systems to include, but not limited to, radars
- Produce assessments detailing the capabilities and vulnerabilities of foreign sensor systems
- Develop/use specialized analysis and decision support software to ensure assessments are accurately reflected in national technical libraries
- Directly support organizations charged with exploiting system information in order to develop weapon systems and electronic countermeasures and to formulate tactics and operational deployment strategies
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related degree from an accredited university
- Minimum grade point average of 3.4/4.0
- General signal processing techniques and algorithm development strongly desired
- Software development skills in Java, C and C++ strongly desired
- Radar systems engineering strongly desired
- Matlab and other software based simulation experience strongly desired
- Experience in communications and electro-optical systems preferred
- Unix and Linux experience preferred
