Strategic Planning Analyst Job

Currently, SRC is seeking a strategic planning analyst to design and develop integrated plans and deliverables using military technical information systems to support maritime operations and influence efforts in support of Navy information operations (IO) activities in the Norfolk, Va., area.

Responsibilities

- Develop a variety of deliverables based upon supported organization planning and operations and in support of plan, execute and assess processes
- Develop deliberate, crisis and adaptive IO plans to support operations and exercises
- Lead small team projects that include multiple task assignments
- Responsible for developing strategic concepts, objectives, plans and courses of action
- Perform a variety of complex tasks to include development of adversary capability and vulnerability assessments
- Develop and coordinate the operational assessments and intelligence support for designated plans
- Support documentation and assessment requirements
- Perform extensive horizontal integration planning with other enterprise functions and systems

Position Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of business experience with at least five years of experience in strategic planning
- Demonstrated experience in IO, intelligence, strategy, assessment or strategic communications
- Applied knowledge and experience in planning and assessment activities or methods
- Strong knowledge of JOPES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience briefing senior officials on concepts and plans
- Applied knowledge and experience in computer network operations or electronic warfare desired
- Applied knowledge and experience in cognitive IO (e.g. OPSEC, MILDEC, MISO or maritime influence) desired
- Prior military staff work or related government civilian experience highly desired

Security Requirements

An active Secret security clearance and current investigation are required.
