Cyber Intelligence Specialist Job

Currently, SRC is seeking a cyber intelligence specialist in support of a federal government customer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Perform as primary subject matter professional for the gathering, evaluating, authoring and presentation of various assessments/analysis of intelligence as it may pertain to cyberspace operations
- Provide operational intelligence analysis, training and operational support to Department of Defense (DoD) operators and senior decision makers by gathering, processing and analyzing open-source/all-source cyber intelligence
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts at external organizations to evaluate and develop clear threat picture for customer’s enterprise networking environment
- Conduct all-source/open source analysis on current and ongoing DoD requirements that may impact the security posture of the organizations critical network
- Develop and disseminate indications and warnings based on correlation of DoD generated information with all-source/open source intelligence findings
- Provide all-source/open source analysis on tactics, techniques and procedures utilized by DoD adversarial elements and external collaborating agencies
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and six or more years of related experience
- Must have experience in information operations, computer network operations (CNO) and intelligence preparation of battlespace
- Knowledge of computer network intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewall and IT network-based attack methodologies is desirable
- Must work independently in defining, planning and executing CNO cyber intelligence processes, procedures and products that support establishment and growth of the customer’s cyber intelligence program
- Candidate must demonstrate advanced understanding of and ability to utilize all-source intelligence analysis methodologies, databases and applications
- Solid public speaking abilities is required
- Prior experience liaising with DoD and intelligence community agencies desired
- Ability to utilize all-source/open source intelligence applications and databases both internal and external to customer to provide a fused intelligence picture
- Ability to directly liaise with intelligence organizations and other computer emergency response team-like organizations on issues and intelligence regarding the security of the networking environment
- Candidate must demonstrate both technical acumen and critical thinking abilities and extreme degree of self-motivation
