Product Support Engineer

Position Description
SRCTec, Inc. is currently seeking a product support engineer. The selected applicant will be under direction of the product support manager.
Responsibilities
- On-site and in the field training/field service support
- Selected candidate will interface with customer and end users
- Business development and engineering test support, as well as a full complement of depot activities
- Support training activities
- Support field engineering/operational needs
- Support depot work/activities
- Support engineering and other subcontracts in technical matters
- Proposal support
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Must have moderate to strong demonstration of technical skills in a working environment
- Must demonstrate leadership and management skills
- Working knowledge of variety of software/hardware applications and accessories
- Must be proficient with a variety of test equipment to include network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Must have system level technical knowledge of systems
- Significant systems engineering experience
- Must be familiar with schematics and have strong troubleshooting skills
- RF and Radar systems knowledge is advantageous
- Soldering skills required
- Extended deployment type field assignments may be required
- Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally approximately 50 percent of the time
- Excellent customer service skills with product end-users required
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
